- More Toroids per hour - Rapid cycle time of better than a turn a second in
many cases.
- Auto rotation of toroidal coil with each stroke - Eliminates tiresome
manual turning of core for each turn.
- Safety first - Exclusive TILT-UP HEAD eliminates possibility of injury from up-coming wire hook.
- Wide range of core and wire sizes - Cores to 2 1/2 O.D. and wires to #12
AWG.
- Quick set-ups - Changed in a few minutes for different size cores.
- Quiet operation - Reduced noise means more coils with less operator fatigue.
The HUSTLER is a new concept in pull winder technique. Its advanced design
with TILT-UP HEAD for safety, along with adjustable automatic core rotation,
makes it an excellent production machine.
All air cylinders and valves have their own self contained lubrication
system for long life.
New set-ups are easily and quickly made with all adjustments on top.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Rugged construction - All parts designed for a long, trouble free
life.
- Coil to 2 1/2" O.D. and as small as 1/4" O.D.
- Wires to #12 AWG
- Quiet operation - Cushioned main air cylinders cuts noise to a minimum from
muffled air exhaust ports.
- Two driving core rotators - Positive core drive.
- Adjustable stepping of core rotator is simply adjusted for a wide range of
wire sizes and spacing of turns.
- Left or right core indexing - Instantly changed by lever. Perfect for
common mode Toroids. Common mode Toroids have two windings with both start leads
side by side. Both windings are wound in opposite directions and you must have a
reverse lever for doing so. Found only on the Hustler Pull Winder.
- Dual air pressure system - Allows strong down pull on wire, but lets upward
return stroke be at a much lower pressure for safety reasons.
- Electronic solenoid air valves - Permit a simpler electric foot switch and
a more reliable electric turns counter - plus the ability to index the core
without adding counts. Valuable for separating windings
- Many sizes of standard core rotators available from stock.
- Wire pullers - Six sizes from 5/32 (.156) diameter to 1/2" (.500) diameter
is standard. Made from Delrin which prevents
scuffing of insulation.
- Simple bench mounting - By clamping on front of table, or bolting for a
more permanent mount.
- Reliability and safety are a buyers most important consideration. All parts
are designed for ruggedness and long life, and the TILT-UP HEAD is a must for
operator safety.
